Orders

All orders placed through our website are order requests. After submission, we will review your order and contact you within 24 hours with final pricing including shipping costs. Orders are not confirmed until you receive our confirmation email and agree to the final total.

Products

All products are 3D-printed to order. Colours may vary slightly from images shown on screen due to differences in monitors and printing conditions. We strive for the highest quality but minor cosmetic variations are normal for 3D-printed products.

Designs

Product designs are created by Fates End and are used under license. Emberforge is an authorized manufacturer. All intellectual property rights belong to their respective owners.

Shipping

We ship from British Columbia, Canada to addresses in Canada and the United States. Shipping costs are estimated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders.

For US orders, any applicable customs duties or tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer. Production times vary depending on the product and current order volume.

Returns & Issues

Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
